Users are responsible for room setups and restorations to default table/seating arrangements.

Library Branch
The library's community room is available to individuals or organizations to reserve for meetings. No sales transactions of goods or services may be conducted on library premises. Food and drink may be served, but there is a $30 nonrefundable food fee, payable prior to a room reservation date. There is also a $30 refundable security deposit, payable prior to a room reservation date. Users must complete and turn-in to the library circulation desk a community room reservation form, available on our website.
Equipment
The following equipment is available to use in the community room:
- Ceiling projector, with a cabinet computer (or connections for your laptops), as well as a DVD/Blu-Ray player;
- Sound system (in locked rear closet--see staff to activate);
- Hand-held microphone;
- Dry erase board;
- Sink and coffee maker;
- Podium.
Seating
Tables and chairs are provided in the community room. Extra seating and tables are available in the locked closet at the rear of the community room.
