Join us on Thursdays in October for Yoga classes led by an instructor from the YMCA! Attendees are advised to wear comfortable clothes and bring water as well as a yoga mat (a limited number of mats will be available if you do not have one). Bringing a towel (to act as a cushion for some poses) is also advised.
Poses can be adapted to all skill levels so everyone from beginners to experts is welcome!
