Join us in gathering beautiful fall leaves at the library. Miss Destiny will be pressing the leaves you gather so you can use them to create a bookmark.

Come to the library to learn some origami designs. Pick from a book or learn a project from Miss Destiny! November 11th is World Origami Day, celebrate with us by creating some awesome designs. Supplies provided, no registration necessary.

November 22nd will be our second installment of Outdoor Adventures! Enjoy a specially curated storytime for kids about outdoor hobbies. This months topic will be RUNNING.  Learn about amazing races and play games!

November 24th is National Fairy Bread Day, a treat originating in Australia and New Zealand. Join us to try the sweet treat, listen to stories, and make your own fairy wand. Parents must stay with children for the duration of the program.

Have you ever wanted to send a secret message? You might try using invisible ink—a special type of ink that you can write with, but it doesn't show up on paper. Only after a special treatment can the message be read. How does this work?

You requested a book club for young readers to get together and get excited about reading so we are bringing it to you! Pick up your copy in the children's area and have your child read it before our meeting.

Let's learn about chemical reactions between an acid (vinegar) and a base (baking soda). Kids will construct a volcano out of LEGOs and experiment with vinegar and baking soda to see what will happen! For ages 5-12. Please register.
